At FindTourPackage.com, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions that apply to cancellations, modifications, and refunds for tour bookings.
1. General Cancellation Rules
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [email protected].
- Cancellation charges will apply depending on the service provider’s policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- FindTourPackage.com is not responsible for provider-specific terms or conditions.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
- Before 30 days of departure: Full refund minus service charges.
- 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund depending on provider terms.
- 7–14 days before departure: Up to 25% refund depending on provider terms.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
3. Cancellation by Service Provider
If a tour operator, hotel, or airline cancels your booking due to operational reasons:
- A full refund will be issued, or
- An alternative booking of equal value may be offered (subject to your approval).
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain bookings are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Discounted promotional packages
- Last-minute deals
- Services marked as “Non-Refundable” during booking
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency exchange fees (if any) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up at the designated departure time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
7. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 10 days before departure.
- Rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on availability and provider policies.
8. Force Majeure
FindTourPackage.com will not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics. Refunds in such cases are subject to provider policies.
